The difference between gas spring and hydraulic rod

Their carrying capacity is different, because the pneumatic type is generally below 1MPa, and the hydraulic type is generally below 30MPa (domestic), higher than this value, the ultra-high pressure requires too much for components and pumps. Because the pressure is high (the Intensity of pressure we generally referto the pressure, we are talking about how many MPa and how many kilograms), the driving force is also large.

3. Hydraulic oil is recycled, and air used up is no longer recycled.

4. Pneumatic components are more beautiful than hydraulic components.

5. In the factory, pneumatics generally use centralized air supply, and hydraulics generally use one machine and one hydraulic station.

6. Hydraulic control has higher operating accuracy than pneumatic control (because the gas is more compressible)

advantage:

1. The hydraulic bearing capacity is larger than the pneumatic bearing capacity (under the same cylinder diameter)

2. The hydraulic control circuit is more complicated than the pneumatic one (because the hydraulic pressure has to return oil)

3. Pneumatic maintenance is more convenient than hydraulic maintenance. (If there is a problem, the pneumatic can pull out the trachea and let it spit it out. Is there any air to be discharged for elimination? The hydraulic pressure can't do this in general. Dangerous!)

4. Pneumatic is more convenient than hydraulic connection, and pneumatic is generally connected by quick joints.

5. Pneumatic components are smaller than hydraulic ones.

6. The dynamic accuracy of hydraulic load is higher than that of oil pressure (because the gas is more compressible)

7. Pneumatic is generally centralized air supply, which is easier to manage than hydraulic.

8. The hydraulic oil needs to be changed for the hydraulic control, and the pneumatic is not used, so the later use cost is higher than that of the pneumatic.

9. The pneumatic components are beautiful, (most of the pneumatic components are made of aluminum or copper, while the hydraulic pressure is generally cast iron)

10. In the company, there is usually a lot of oil leakage, which is very headache. The leakage of air will be less, and the oil leakage is ugly and unsafe.
